How do I start a multiplayer game?

Tap the share icon to get a 4-digit session code and share it with your opponent. They can enter the code to join your game in real time.

Does the app work without internet?

Yes. Score2Sync uses Bluetooth to sync scores between devices when Wi-Fi or mobile data is unavailable.

How do I use the Apple Watch app?

Install Score2Sync on your iPhone first. The Watch app will appear automatically in the Watch app on your iPhone. Once installed, scores sync live between your phone and watch.

Which sports are supported?

Score2Sync supports 16+ sports including Tennis, Pickleball, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Squash, Racquetball, Soccer, Basketball, Hockey, Ice Hockey, American Football, Rugby, Lacrosse, and more.

How do I undo a point?

Tap the undo button on the scoring screen to revert the last point scored.

Why is my score not syncing?

Make sure both devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network or have Bluetooth enabled. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app on both devices.

How do I delete my account or data?

To request deletion of your data, email us at contact@playsyncapps.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will process it within a reasonable time.
